Roti Paung Terengganu step by step
- Guna breadmaker,campurkan semua bahan. Setkan untuk menguli doh ikut BM masing2 - uli dan fermentation (kalau tak guna BM boleh uli tangan@guna heavy duty mixer/mixer uli 20minit,kemudian simpan doh bertutup selama 1 jam..
- Keluarkan doh. Tumbuk2 buangkan angin. Bulat2kan,masukkan inti. Bulat2 kan letak dlm loyang. Tutup doh dan biarkan lebih kurang 20-30 minit sehingga doh mengembang 2x ganda..
- Panaskan oven 160-170c.
- Sapukan campuran telur dan susu ke atas doh yang sudah mengembang. Bakar 15-20 minit..
- Keluarkan dari oven,terus sapukan mentega untuk roti yang berkilat. (Gambar saya tu tak sempat sapu mentega..dah lesap😅).
