- Sediakan bahan².
- Tuangkan air panas kedalam bekas yg sesuai... Masukkan rolled oat,garam,gula & butter cair-kacau sekejap ketepikan& biarkan suam² kuku....
- Masukkan tepung & yis kacau rata... Uli sampai menjadi doh..tak perlu elastik cukup sekadar doh menjadi licin....
- Peram doh dlm bekas yg bertutup selama 40 minit....
- Dah naik 2 kali ganda buangkan angin dlm doh tu....
- Sapukan loaf Pan @ loyang yg sesuai dengan butter...MAK guna loyang square saiz 6" je sbb loaf pan takde😅😅😅.
- Sapukan air diatas permukaan doh & taburkan oats...Biarkan doh dlm loyang selama 30 minit & selepas 30 minit bakar pada suhu 170°c selama 40 minit....
