- Potong nipis daging dan cuci bersih.Bawang putih, halia ditumbuk.Perap daging selama sejam lagi lama lagi sedap dengan bahan yang ditumbuk tadi berserta sos tiram,kicap dan lada sulah..
- Masukkan daging yang diperap kedalam kuali masak hingga kering air daging..
