- Mula2 kita masak mee laksa kita. Ila suka pakai mee laksa yang halus ni rasa ila lebih sedap. Ila beli di kedai 99. Kemudian cuci ikan sehingga bersih.. ila suka pakai ikan sardin seb rasanya lemak2.. rebuslah ikan bersama dengan asam keping.. dengan sedikit air.. kemudian buang tulang ikan sadin dan kisar ikan sardin bersama.. cili api dan kunyit hidup dengan sedikit air. dan masak dengan air lebihan rebusan ikan tadi. Masak kuah ikan tadi sehingga agak kering dan masukkan serai..
- Setelah kuah ikan tadi agak kering dan bolehlah masukkan santan. Ila pakai santan yg baru keluar dr peti ais😅.. jangan lupa letak asam keping..
- Apabila santan sudah masak bolehlah masukkan daun kesum dan bunga kantan dan perasakan dengan garam. Jika suka laksa yang manis boleh di letakkan gula.. setelah kuah masak bolehlah diangkat.. dan dihidangkan dengan ulam-ulaman...
