- Cairkan gula dgn 2 sudu bsr air hingga perang gelap. Kemudian, masukkan air panas perlahan2 supaya tidak terpercik..hati2 panas ye..tutup api & campur butter. Kacau hingga larut. Ketepikan & biarkan seketika.
- Dlm mangkuk adunan, pukul telur, esen vanila & susu dgn whisk sekadar sebati saja. Masukkan bahan2 ayak & kacau rata. Akhir sekali tuang gula hangus tadi & kacau sebati. Tuang ke dlm loyang saiz 8" yg di sapu dgn butter. Bakar dlm oven yg telah di panaskan pd suhu 170•c selama 45 minit api bawah saja. Kemudian, bakar api atas saja selama 15 minit pd suhu 130•c rak paling bawah..
- Bila dah masak, sejukkan. Potong menegak dulu, baru potong melintang utk menampakkan lubang2/sarang semut.
